Being a registered Author on EdVerso International adds value, reputation, and credibility to Authors worldwide.

EdVerso does NOT handle Debt Collection. The EdVerso Register supports global communities in protecting their members not only in their country of residence.

Thanks to its collaboration with professionals, legal experts, and international specialists, EdVerso International has developed an ethical code that allows for the first time, globally, the creation of a true Register of Authors.

Registration in this Register is archived in the individual authors’ Libretto® digital records and is publicly verifiable worldwide through Lutinx.com.

Communities dedicated to protecting the financial interests of Authors within their country can use EdVerso’s Author Register to facilitate and make their business more effective.

Blockchain BBadges®

In an increasingly digital, social, and international world, we have chosen to offer all professionals—belonging to unrecognized professions—a badge that is as simple as it is powerful: the BBadge, based on Blockchain technology.

The BBadge® is a Digital Credential developed in collaboration with Lutin Technologies Ltd, the entity behind the international project LutinX.com.

A BBadge is the graphic representation of the certification we issue to various professionals, encompassing three major benefits:

  1. Certainty of Identification: EdVerso as the Issuing Entity, and the individual professional as the receiving party. The system is based on the international KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure, a globally recognized standard for the identification of individuals and legal entities.
  2. Certain Date based on Blockchain: The laws of an increasing number of countries, including Italy and all of Europe, recognize Blockchain’s ability to assign a certain date with legal value.
  3. Immutable Data: Our declaration regarding membership status is unchangeable.
  4. Verifiable Anytime, Anywhere: Through the LutinX.com platform – in the Skills & Talents section, professionals can be searched reliably, easily, and intuitively, anytime and anywhere.

Sharing Capability: You can share the BBadge on social media or via applications like WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Skype, or similar.

  1. ✅ Traceability and Transparency Blockchain allows every work to be permanently registered, providing an immutable record of when an author registered their work. Every modification or update is visible to all, ensuring maximum transparency.
     
  2. ✅ Protection Against Plagiarism A unique register makes it easy to prove the authorship of a work, thanks to the immutable, certain date of the blockchain. Authors can better protect themselves from copyright violations and unauthorized uses.
     
  3. ✅ Global Interoperability A centralized global register eliminates fragmentation between different national and regional systems, creating a common language for copyright law. It facilitates access to information by publishers, companies, schools, and other institutions anywhere in the world.
     
  4. ⏳ Automation of Payments via Smart Contracts Blockchain enables the implementation of smart contracts that can automate the payment of copyright fees every time a work is used or sold. Authors receive immediate compensation, without intermediaries, reducing costs and time — in partnership with national operators specialized in copyright law.
     
  5. ✅ Inclusion and Accessibility Authors worldwide, including those from areas with less developed legal systems, can register their works and access copyright protection. It promotes the inclusion of independent and emerging authors.
     
  6. ✅ Data Security and Integrity Thanks to the decentralized nature of blockchain, the register is highly resistant to cyberattacks and manipulation. Author information is protected and accessible only to those with the necessary permissions.
     
  7. ✅ Global Standardization of Copyright Law A single register can facilitate the creation of uniform standards for copyright recognition internationally, simplifying legal disputes. It supports the harmonization of international intellectual property laws.
     
  8. ✅ Reduction of Intermediaries Blockchain eliminates the need for many intermediary entities (e.g., copyright management societies), reducing costs for authors and giving them greater control.

👉 How is works 

We have identified a clear and simple procedure, here it is:

  1. ✅ Activate a PRIVATE account on LutinX.com (it’s completely free).
  2. ✅ Upon first access, complete the identity verification process – you will need to upload a selfie and a valid ID document.
  3. ✅ Access your account after completing step 2). You will be able to register up to 100 works for free.
  4. ✅ Register at least one work. Note: DO NOT set the registration to Private.
  5. ✅ 👉👉👉 Access the link: https://gbsi.lutinx.com/0eng/join-the-author-registy/
  6. ✅ Fill out the form in step 5), making sure to use the same email you used in step 1). 🏆 Confirm.

Within 7 days (normally just 2), our office will verify your request, and if compliant, we will proceed with issuing your BBadge confirming your Author status.

IMPORTANT:

  • If you haven’t verified your identity (step 2), your request will be rejected.
  • If you haven’t uploaded any works (step 4), your request will be rejected.
  • Your BBadge will be renewed annually for free unless you request removal from our registry.
  • Issued BBadges cannot be deleted (but you can set them to private, visible only to those you choose).

Registration in the Author’s Register is FREE FOREVER, and every year we will issue a new BBadge for free.
